- Beauty Deals offers a 30 day return offer from the original ship date if you
are not satisfied.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to your returned items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Custom must pay for return shipping
- We can not accept any returns on hair brushes, nail polish or
cosmetics.
- We can not accept any returns on hair extensions or hair pieces.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit to appear on your statement

warranties for one year! After our 30 day return period you do not
have to hassle with the manufacture. All you have to do is send us
back the broken iron via a traceable carrier, include your original
order ID number and a payment method for a service/re-shipping fee
of $15. After receipt we send you a brand new iron.

How are Orders Processed?
Orders are shipped through UPS. They are processed in order received.
The are processed Monday - Friday 8am-5pm., orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours after being placed.
You may choose a Priority Processing Service 2nd Day or Next Day Air option at
checkout and these are processed before all other orders.
If your product is on backorder for more than a week you will be notified. Please allow
3 to 10 business days for Ground delivery depending on your location in the U.S.
We do not currently ship to P.O., APO, FPO Boxes or outside the U.S.

Foreign Orders
Sorry, we no longer ship internationally due to a high rate of fraud and current amount of added paper work and handling. We are willing to make exception on larger pre paid orders.

Product Diversion
Products listed here are for sale only to our Personal Customers for personal use only.
We refuse to wholesale or retail these products to any business entity or in bulk to any party to prevent the possibility of resale through illegitimate channels. If any customer diverts product purchased from our website to illegitimate channels we will cooperate fully with authorities in any and all investigations

Back Orders
Due to order volume our inventory levels may vary. We do have an extensive inventory however there are times back orders occur. We will hold orders with back orders on them for a period up to 15 days while waiting to receive our shipment from our product suppliers. If for some reason we do not receive the back ordered item(s)through the manufacturer within the 15 day period we will cancel the back order and issue a credit for the charged item(s) accuring on an order that we were unable to obtain. At which point the customer will be notified by email or phone of the adjusted price of their order. We will then shipout the order with what we have on hand per customer requset.

Cancellations or Shipping Changes
Sorry, once any order is placed it goes into our automated fulfillment system and is processed usually the same day. You may return the product under our return policy though. Once you submit an order you caa no longer change shipping or billing options.
